Jarrod and Samantha are a husband and wife team here to make your dream home more affordable, eco-friendly and smart.

Here at CO-CREATE, we work together, with you, to build a home that suits your budget and needs. Using recycled shipping containers as the main structure for strength and durability, making these homes stackable, easy to maintain and transport.

Container Home

We recycled a 40foot high-cubed shipping container and converted it into a luxury livable space.

Add a modern finish to the outside of the container.

We added three large sliding doors in the front of the container home for maximum natural light.

This is the perfect little area to relax and read, as well as an area to sit and eat or work. It is multi-functional as well as open plan leading onto the kitchen.

Full spacious kitchen with plenty of counter top space and all the appliances you need to be a master chef :)

A large farmhouse sink with pull down faucet and food disposal. Brand new appliances still with the plastic on.

This Hallway leads from the kitchen to the bathroom and bedroom. Lovely art on the walls to make it more homey.

The bathroom is a great space and has lots of storage.
